Rules for using EarlyHire.

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the EarlyHire website and services as an employer or job seeker.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using EarlyHire, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements in your jurisdiction to use EarlyHire. Employers represent that they are authorized to act on behalf of their organization when posting jobs or engaging candidates.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security issue.

4. Use of the platform

You agree that you will not:

  • Upload false, misleading, or unlawful information.
  • Harass, abuse, or discriminate against other users.
  • Attempt to interfere with the normal functioning or security of the platform.
  • Copy, scrape, or resell content from EarlyHire without written permission.

5. Employer and job seeker relationship

EarlyHire provides a platform for employers and job seekers to connect. Any agreement, contract, or working relationship formed between users exists directly between those parties. EarlyHire is not a party to those arrangements and is not responsible for employment terms, payments, or outcomes.

6. Content you provide

You are responsible for the content you submit, including job postings, profiles, and messages. By submitting content, you grant EarlyHire a non-exclusive license to use, display, and process that content for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.

7. Disclaimers

EarlyHire is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we aim to provide a reliable service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that specific hiring outcomes will be achieved.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EarlyHire will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to EarlyHire at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms or are using the platform in a harmful or unlawful way. You may also stop using the platform and request closure of your account at any time.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “last updated” date below and may provide additional notice through the platform.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
